Ms. Gogola is the Managing Director and founder of Net Leased Property. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she has resided in the Fort Lauderdale area for over 22 years.

Over the course of her career, Heather has mentored many other agents and successfully owned a real estate brokerage in Fort Lauderdale where she managed 50 agents. Her 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate is quite extensive. Ms. Gogola has successfully closed over $1 Billion in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has a thorough understanding and expertise in all areas of real estate transactions, including NNN, retail, office, industrial, land, multi-family, condo conversions, development, assemblages, 1031 exchanges, and commercial leasing. Over 80% of her business is by referral of past clients and business associates.
